Customer Service Representative - Manufacturing Industry

What are we looking for in a candidate?

We seek a Customer Support Representative who is self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and 2 years of customer support experience is ideal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel and ERP systems is required.

What are some highlights of the role?

Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records in ERP and CRM systems. The role involves serving as the main point of contact for customer communications and handling administrative tasks related to order processing.

Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Customer Service Representative or in a related role

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing both inbound and outbound calls

• Experience in a call center customer service environment

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve customer issues effectively

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy

• Experience in email correspondence and ability to communicate professionally via email

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in order entry processes

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and accurately

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
