TriMas Corporation Human Resources Manager in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico

Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for SMA plant HR and EHS.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all Health, Safety and Environment guidelines are implemented with the main objective of

avoiding any accident or non-compliance with safety or environmental legislation Guarantee a

respectful and inclusive work environment through the implementation of policies, procedures, codes

of conduct and internal regulations, based on labor legislation and legislation focused on human

rights.

• Ensure that all areas have the required personnel, having adequate training and awareness to carry

out their activities.

• Ensure timely and adequate payment of benefits and salaries of all staff. Project and report monthly to

the Plant Management and the Finance department, the cost of payroll, as well as the expenses

managed by Human Resources. Identifying and explaining at the end of the month the variations

against budget and forecast.

• Prepare the annual budget of all expenses managed by Human Resources, as well as explain

variations compared to previous years.

• Monitor that the quality of the cleaning, cafeteria, security, transportation, and medical services are

adequate, ensuring that all the concerns of the staff are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

• Attend internal audits, customer visits, government visits, as well as meetings with associations and

authorities inside and outside the Plant, all the above applicable to the Human Resources area.

• Implement and keep updated the ISO 9000 Quality Management System related to Human Resources

Monitor the performance of the Human Resources area through the established indicators.

• Report monthly KPl's

• Comply with the responsibilities defined in the HACCP system procedure to ensure compliance

• Keep the work area clean and tidy (5 S') Comply with the necessary security measures to prevent

accidents, environmental contingencies and product safety Comply with ISO45001 Health,

Environment and Safety guidelines Comply with the QMS guidelines (ISO9001-2015)

• Comply with the guidelines of product safety, product safety and food defence.
