* Supervising students/ teaching life skills

* Providing time for students who need to talk

* Setting boundaries with the students and keeping them accountable for their actions

* Working as a team with all other staff/ communication is key for this position

* Problem solving and enforcing campus policies, i.e., inappropriate language, music, intimidation, and disrespect
