JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for managing and enhancing our company's digital platforms to drive our marketing initiatives effectively. This role requires creative design skills in addition to a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies to ensure high engagement and conversion rates through SEO optimization, email marketing campaigns, and content management. The ideal candidate will have an eye for design and will work to continuously improve our digital platforms’ effectiveness in alignment with our marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary administrator for HubSpot, Staffbase and WordPress platforms, ensuring optimal configuration to support marketing strategies, including SEO, content management, lead generation, and email campaign management.

  • Build, manage, and optimize email campaigns within HubSpot and Staffbasae. Design templates, automate communications, segment audiences, and regularly test, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness.

  • Utilize the Hubspot CRM system to ensure accurate data collection, integration of customer interactions, and maintenance of customer databases. Develop and implement strategies for effective data analysis, lead tracking, and customer communication.

  • Update and manage content on the internal SharePoint main page, OneBanc, focusing on featured announcements and news updates.

  • Regularly utilize Google Analytics, HubSpot analytics and other tools to analyze the effectiveness of content and campaigns, leveraging insights to optimize marketing strategies.

  • Implement modifications and updates on the WordPress platform, enhancing the website’s usability, design and conversion points.

  • Implement and manage SEO strategies across all web content and enhance the usability, design, and conversion points of the website to improve user experience and business growth.

  • Provide ongoing training and support to team members on best practices for utilizing digital marketing platforms effectively.

  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to meet project objectives.

  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Manages processes within the team to ensure smooth work and project flow for marketing’s needs.

  • Supports the VP, Creative Services Director on all assigned strategic branding, marketing and corporate communications initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HubSpot, WordPress, Staffbase, Google Analytics and other relevant digital marketing tools.

  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and implement strategies for improved performance and engagement.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to train and support team members effectively.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and changing business needs.

  • Intermediate skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as they pertain to this position including but not limited to the following: Regulation Z (Truth in Lending Act), Regulation B (Equal Credit Opportunity Act), Fair Housing Act (FHA), Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) in conjunction with the USA PATRIOT Act, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Customer Information Program (CIP), Right to Financial Privacy Act (RFPA, state and federal) and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically using HubSpot and WordPress.

  • 3+ years of experience with SEO, content management, email marketing, and analytics tools.

  • Experience in creating and managing SharePoint content is a plus.

SALARY RANGE: $78,225.00- $80,000.00USD; Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
