We are looking to hire a Senior People Operations Manager for a start -up Insurance tech company in Santa Clara. This ia full-time permanent opportunity fully-onsite. 4 days a week. The ideal candidate should have 7 years of expereince in HR management or people operational mangement positions. This is a strategic position , responsible for working directly with the CEO on HR progams & initatives to develop employee experience and workplace culture programs. Responsibilities

Key responsibilities -

• HR process optimization - Work to improve HR prcoess through automation.

• Develop & lead HR policies and procedures.

• Develop & implement employee engagement programs.

• Foster and create a positive workplace culture.

• Develop and drive Diversity, inclusion & Equity programs.

• Collaborate with executive leadership and guide the HR/Admin team to align HR strategies with business objectives.

• Conduct analysis of current and future workforce needs and develop plans to address gaps.
