Sr. Analyst, Legal Operations

Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation and planning for process optimization including the Legal department’s use of existing technology, services and processes, and advance the team’s effectiveness through AI.

• Maintain and manage contract workflows through Linksquares, and its integration with Docusign, Salesforce, Zip, Clari, and other systems.

• Coordinate review and approval of all vendors and service providers to streamline processes.

• Own signing process for revenue-side contracts.

• Partner closely with GTM teams including Deal Desk to ensure smooth operations on revenue contract review and signing.

• Partner closely with IT and HR ops to design and maintain compliant onboarding and offboarding processes, and document retention practices.

• Develop and deliver metric reporting periodically such as monthly, on RFP, revenue contract and vendor contract, as well as other legal/compliance initiatives, to leadership.

• Implement, and oversee outside vendors, technology and operations management and strategy for Eightfold’s Legal and Compliance organization, working closely with the company’s CLO, legal leadership.

• Partner with other operational personnel throughout the organization to ensure projects/processes are moving forward, deadlines are being met, and the leadership team is apprised of project status, milestones, and outcomes.

• Support legal team on day to day operational and administrative tasks.

  Qualifications:

  

• Experience managing contract management platforms such as Linksquares, including integration with other systems such as Salesforce and Zip.

• 5 years of demonstrated experience supporting a team of attorneys and compliance personnel, with demonstrated understanding of how Legal and Compliance roles work in a technology company.

• 5 years of demonstrated project management experience to track, prioritize, and drive multiple projects successfully.

• Ability to build trust with executives and internal / external stakeholders of all levels.

• Strong communication skills and ability to distill and convey information in a concise and crisp manner.
