Richard Heath & Associates, Inc. (RHA) is seeking a dedicated and talented professional for the following opportunity in Santa Fe Springs, CA:

Program Manager

Full-time, exempt

To support our growth, RHA is seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong passion for energy efficiency. This role involves overseeing a pipeline of new and existing customers and trade allies to ensure our Business Energy Efficiency Survey (BEES) program meets participation goals. The successful candidate will lead the BEES team, managing the internal operations of the program and ensuring its success through strategic planning, reporting, application review, forecasting, partner training and onboarding, marketing development, and client support. This is a hybrid role that will support remote work one day a week and local travel within L.A. County is required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, energy, environmental science, or a related field or commensurate experience

  • 2+ years of experience in program management, particularly in the energy efficiency sector

  • Proven experience working with databases and developing and/or implementing data collection, tracking, and reporting processes (e.g., customer relationship management (CRM) efforts)

  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Dynamics, Word, Outlook, Excel)

What we would like you to have:

  • Demonstrated success in managing customer service and/or sales teams

  • Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously

  • Prior experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus:

  • Performing energy audits and energy savings calculations

  • Assessment or auditing gas equipment/appliances for different market sectors such as restaurants, hotels, agricultural, commercial and industrial facilities

  • Interacting with business owners, representatives, and other key stakeholders

  • Data analytics and reporting

Professional Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • High degree of self-confidence, determination, and motivation to excel.

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task, working under strict deadlines.

  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities without diminished effectiveness.

  • Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information.

  • Ability to work with all levels of internal employees, as well as outside clients and vendors.

  • Superior interpersonal skills, including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude both in person and in virtual collaboration settings.

  • Strong adaptability and project prioritization skills.

Pay Range:

$75,000 - $85,000 DOE
