Job Description

Atividades:

• Validar/analisar os modos de falha no WMS

• Gerenciar/Criar todos KPI´s da planta de SCS com relação a todas as movimentações capturadas pelo sistema WMS

• Desenvolvimento de ferramentas de banco de dados para gerenciamento/monitoramento das informações entre os sistemas GM

• Criações de bancos de dados para os sistemas integrados (MGO x WMS)

• Gerenciamento do sistema PPS e modos de falha. Correções sistêmicas mediante a falha

• Gerenciar as modificações de model year do MGO com a integração do GEPICs (OAT)

• Gerenciamento do processo do GEPICs (OAT) e modos de falha. Corrigindo mediante a falha apresentada

• Participar do comitê de obsoleto, e analisando a demanda necessária para reduzir ou eliminar os impactos de custos com itens de obsoleto

• Gerenciamento das regras do WMS por região devido a necessidade/método de abastecimento necessária de cada item

• Gerenciar/Analisar os dados diários de EPS x WMS para melhor desempenho da operação (foco no ganho de produtividade)

• Gerenciamento e acompanhamento até a solução para qualquer problema ou indisponibilidade no sistema usando a linha do MATE

• Gerenciar sistema de etiquetas eletrônicas

• Validação/Correções dos modos de falhas de ponto de uso do MGO (perda de cadastro e método de abastecimento dos sistemas)

• Conhecimentos de EPS Automático (MGO e Regras dentro do PLC)

• Gerenciamento e controle de todos os devices do sistema EPS (controlar peças de reposição).

On-site - Atuação Presencial

Mandatório:

• Formação superior completa em Administração , Engenharia, TI, Logística ou similares;

Desejável:

• Inglês Intermediário;

• Conhecimentos em Excel, MGO, SAP, Power Point, Power BI, Access;

• Experiência com o sistema de WMS (Warehouse Management System);

• Ter experiencia em linguagem de programação: Data Analitics, Python e Knime.
