[Responsibilities: - Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings - Perform equipment repairs and replacements as needed - Design and build new HVAC systems based on customer specifications - Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance - Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide appropriate solutions - Collaborate with team members to complete installations and projects in a timely manner - Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems Skills: - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance - Experience as a van driver for transporting equipment and materials to job sites - Ability to design and build HVAC systems according to customer requirements - Proficiency in boiler installation and maintenance - Familiarity with equipment repair, including appliances and ammonia refrigeration systems - Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues - Attention to detail to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of HVAC systems - Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide exceptional customer service - Knowledge of property maintenance practices related to HVAC systems Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
