Starting hourly pay rate of $20.00-$24.00, depending on experience/paid weekly.Hiring for multiple roles!If you are looking for a lifetime career with growth opportunity within an excellent company that offers great benefits, this is the job for you!Essential Responsibilities of the Construction Worker Include:The Construction Worker perform basic tasks in the construction, maintenance, and repair of various structures such as Gas Canopies, Sign Poles, Bumpers, Islands, etc. Other job requirements include the following:Working with steel and wood studs, as well as angled roof fasciaWorking with wood and steel structures such as gas canopies, sign poles, bumpers, islands, etc.Use of scaffolding, ladders, power tools & hand toolsSet up staging areasClean up of debris at job sitesLoading and delivering materialsPerform minor maintenance and repair on equipment.Perform other duties as appropriate or necessary for performance of the job.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; attending company training programs.Accomplishes operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.Requirements of the Construction Worker Include:Perform heavy physical labor for extended periods of time outdoors in all weather conditions, day or night, including activities and physical demands requiring strength to lift, carry, push, pull, and otherwise move objects of up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and the demands on a constant basis of talking, hearing, listening, ordinary conversation, seeing (near acuity, far acuity, depth perception, and field of vision), gross and fine motor skills coordination while standing, walking, and kneeling for long periods of time.1-2 year of construction experience & working with powered tools.Strong ability to work within a team on deadline focused projects.Attention to detail; dependable; positive attitude and even stronger work ethic/quick learner.Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and written.Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate client relationships.Must be able to lift up to a maximum of 50-lbs.Integrated Staffing wants to help you succeed!
