The Durable Slate Company Roofing Project Manager in Savage, Ohio
The Durable Slate Company is currently looking to add a Project Manager to our team!
CORE REQUIREMENTS
Must have at least a 2 year degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or equivalent field experience or prior experience in construction management administration or architectural training.
Must be familiar with submittals, the submittal process, shop drawings, product data, RFI's, change orders, pay apps, and other construction administration.
Must be able to read and understand spec books
Must be willing to travel.
Able to communicate effectively.
We are a state certified drug free company. You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and also random drug screening.
Must have a valid driver's license with 4 or less points for insurance purposes
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
Must be able to pass Federal, NSA and Department of Defense background checks for military and/or government projects.
