Summary of Role
The Product Owner (PO) is a technical leadership role for managing one or several customer products life cycle within the Fab1 22nm/ 28LPS platform.
This includes the product preparation for prototype readiness, prototyping silicon run, product ramp, restart, ready for production until end of life. The Product Owner takes ownership in the “Ready to Ramp” and “Ready for Production” execution. In volume production the PO ensures meeting product performance and yield targets within robust manufacturing process windows.
The Product Owner is part of the 22nm/ 28LPS Platform Process Integration (PI) team and collaborates with FAB1 PI modules (FEOL, BEOL, eMEM), Yield Enhancement and manufacturing operational teams. Close interaction with global teams from Customer Engineering (CE), or Device and Quality Engineering is required.
Externally, the PO supports the Program Manager in customer communication relating to all products in charge. This includes the creation of regular inline and electrical parameter cpk reports based on customer requirements.
Your Job
Own one or several products within FAB1 22nm/28LPS Platform
Be first contact for product-specific topics/issues for manufacturing (operational) teams
Material Release Board (MRB) Owner for product-specific issues and topics
Work closely with PLCM during NPI and proto runs
Platform responsible for the product-specific PCP and ETCP
Platform responsible for the product-specific electrical targeting
Platform responsible in RTR/RTP business process
Ensure monitoring of product inline and electrical parameters
Initiate and drive improvement teams to resolve product-specific issues or deviations from platform
Ensure product route synchronization with baseline technology
Interact with customers on technical level
Create and owns regular inline trend review and customer cpk reports
Occasional travel might be required
Required Qualifications
Bachelor/Master’s degree in engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Process Integration as a Module or Technology Owner, preferably in 22FDX
Well-structured working style and conclusive presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to successfully reach solutions of technical issues under time and/or customer pressure
Ability to communicate effectively with customers from various cultural, geographical, and business environments
Fluent in English – written & verbal
German proficiency level is an advantage
Preferably, experienced user of GF business processes like PCRB, MRB, RTR etc.
Preferably, knowledge of the 22nm technology integration flow, device offerings, overall tape-out to silicon workflow and other foundry business processes
