Description

Samantha Younes with Robert Half is looking for a talented Full Charge Bookkeeper for one of her well respected clients. While in this role, you will work closely with our finance team to support day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and collections.

• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

• Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, including tax withholdings and benefit deductions.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both electronic and physical.

• Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, for management review.

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning and decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
