Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $25 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Installation / Scheduling Manager:
You will play a key role in overseeing the successful execution of eavestrough and siding installation projects - from material procurement to project completion.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional results.
Review quotes and sales orders to determine requirements for each project
coordinate with suppliers to order materials and ensure timely delivery
Work hand-in-hand with the warehouse manager to utilizes existing inventory and minimize material waste
familiarize yourself with sales orders and project specifications to ensure accurate and timely installations
Schedule installation crews and assign tasks based on project timeline and resource availability
Provide guidance and support to installation crews during the projects
Ensure that any additional work requested by customers is properly documented, approved, and completed to satisfaction
Process weekly payroll for installation crews, accurately tracking hours worked and any additional compensation
Maintain positive relationships with installation crews, addressing and resolving concerns in a professional manner
Monitor project progress and address any issue or delays to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction

Job requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within the construction or home improvement industry
Knowledge of both eavestrough and siding installation preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with customers and installation crews professionally
Detail oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records and documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
