Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $25 / hour

What you'll be doing as a Installation / Scheduling Manager:

  • You will play a key role in overseeing the successful execution of eavestrough and siding installation projects - from material procurement to project completion.

  • This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional results.

  • Review quotes and sales orders to determine requirements for each project

  • coordinate with suppliers to order materials and ensure timely delivery

  • Work hand-in-hand with the warehouse manager to utilizes existing inventory and minimize material waste

  • familiarize yourself with sales orders and project specifications to ensure accurate and timely installations

  • Schedule installation crews and assign tasks based on project timeline and resource availability

  • Provide guidance and support to installation crews during the projects

  • Ensure that any additional work requested by customers is properly documented, approved, and completed to satisfaction

  • Process weekly payroll for installation crews, accurately tracking hours worked and any additional compensation

  • Maintain positive relationships with installation crews, addressing and resolving concerns in a professional manner

  • Monitor project progress and address any issue or delays to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction

Shift Timings: 1st Shift - Day

Job requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the construction or home improvement industry

  • Knowledge of both eavestrough and siding installation preferred

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with customers and installation crews professionally

  • Detail oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records and documentation

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
