YOUR ROLE

As Quality Assurance (QA) Manager, you will develop, improve and assess quality standards for R&D and production of P&G’s Health portfolio products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement robust quality systems aligned with industry standards and regulations.

• Continuously monitor and enhance quality systems through audits, data analysis, and corrective actions.

• Monitor quality related KPIs and identify areas for improvement.

• Maintenance of an effective change control system

• Lead and facilitate initiatives to optimize quality systems and processes.

• Maintenance of a complaint management system, ensuring the collection, systematically recording and assessment of those complaints and associated drug risks

• Preparation and maintenance of quality agreements with different stakeholders

• Qualification of suppliers

• Manage consumer feedback, investigate issues, and implement corrective actions.

• Collaborate on training programs to promote a culture of continuous learning.

Job Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

• You have or will have completed before starting with us a master’s degree or equivalent experience with strong academic results in pharmacy.

• Ideally you have an experience of 2 years in Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control, focusing on testing and release of medicinal products in the international pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry.

• You can speak and write proficiently in English and have excellent German language skills (C1).

• Strong foundational knowledge of manufacturing of medicinal products and food supplements.

• Understanding of the drug development process and regulatory environment.

• Familiarity with the interpretation of GxP guidelines AMG, AMWHV, AMHandelsV and in the quality assurance of drugs.

• Experience working with national & international authorities.
