YOUR ROLE
As Quality Assurance (QA) Manager, you will develop, improve and assess quality standards for R&D and production of P&G’s Health portfolio products.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement robust quality systems aligned with industry standards and regulations.
Continuously monitor and enhance quality systems through audits, data analysis, and corrective actions.
Monitor quality related KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
Maintenance of an effective change control system
Lead and facilitate initiatives to optimize quality systems and processes.
Maintenance of a complaint management system, ensuring the collection, systematically recording and assessment of those complaints and associated drug risks
Preparation and maintenance of quality agreements with different stakeholders
Qualification of suppliers
Manage consumer feedback, investigate issues, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate on training programs to promote a culture of continuous learning.
Job Qualifications
YOUR PROFILE
You have or will have completed before starting with us a master’s degree or equivalent experience with strong academic results in pharmacy.
Ideally you have an experience of 2 years in Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control, focusing on testing and release of medicinal products in the international pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry.
You can speak and write proficiently in English and have excellent German language skills (C1).
Strong foundational knowledge of manufacturing of medicinal products and food supplements.
Understanding of the drug development process and regulatory environment.
Familiarity with the interpretation of GxP guidelines AMG, AMWHV, AMHandelsV and in the quality assurance of drugs.
Experience working with national & international authorities.
