Providence St. Joseph Health Administrative Assistant - Foundation in Seattle, Washington

Description Schedule: 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday8:00AM - 4:30 PM PST, ONSITE This position provides a wide range of highly complex and moderate to high volume administrative tasks in support of at least one director of a major organization. Responsibilities include the organization, prioritization and coordination of a moderate to high volume of work including confidential information. Specific duties include exceptional customer service to customers and visitors; creating, typing, editing, and proofreading various department documents; creating and maintaining filing systems; scheduling meetings and arranging travel; entering, extracting, and analyzing data into reports and presentations; coordinating budget preparation; auditing or reconciling financial statements and invoices; and managing workload required to complete organization projects. This position is also responsible for office management responsibilities including: serving as front-line face of Swedish Foundation: answering suite door and welcoming guests answering of mainline phones and voicemail and triaging appropriately ordering and inventory of general office and breakroom supplies oversight of daily mail distribution and storage room upkeep oversight of office breakroom including stocking of supplies, light cleaning and general upkeep serving as liaison to building management for any suite related concerns serving as liaison to IT/IS for technical needs within office Required Qualifications: Graduate of a program of study supporting knowledge of business operations and/or management or two years administrative/clerical work experience may be substituted for the education requirement 3 years Job related experience including responsible administrative work supporting management in a major organization Preferred Qualifications: Associate's Degree Health Care experience Why Join Providence?
