Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk role in Seattle, Washington. This role is situated within the telecom industry and primarily involves data entry tasks, ensuring the integrity of data and efficient typing.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data into the relevant systems, ensuring the information is complete and correct.

• Regularly review and update existing data as necessary.

• Conduct regular data integrity checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data.

• Respond promptly to data-related queries and issues.

• Use typing skills to quickly and accurately input data.

• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.

• Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality policies.

• Identify and report any inconsistencies in data entries.

• Use various data management software to organize and store data efficiently.

• Continuously improve data entry skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development. Requirements • Possess strong skills in Data Entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inputting information

• Understand the importance of Data Integrity, and demonstrate the ability to maintain the quality and consistency of data

• Exhibit proficient Typing skills, demonstrating speed and accuracy

• Ability to use data entry tools and software with proficiency

• High attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy of entered data

• Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work in a team environment effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies

• Availability to work flexible hours if necessary

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent educational level

• Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory.
