Seattle Children’s Hospital Director, Strategic Sourcing in Seattle, Washington

Responsibilities: Provide overall leadership for Children's Strategic Sourcing operations, cost management, vendor negotiations and performance management. Develop and implement strategies to lead continuous improvement of quality and service levels and operational costs to minimize inventory. Responsible for financial management including Sourcing operations and FTE Responsible for acquisitions of all stock, non-stock, specials and capital procurement. Integrate Continuous Process Improvement into all aspects of departmental operation to ensure standardization of processes, products and inventory methods to optimize availability, reduce variation and minimize total cost to own. #LI-JC1 Requirements: Required Education/Experience: BS degree in Business, Operations or Healthcare Administration or equivalent proven leadership experience. At least 5 years leadership experience in supply chain management operations. Lean enterprise and/or six sigma training/certification. Required Credentials: N/A. Preferred: Masters in Business Administration. Min to Max Hourly Salary: $65.10 - $97.65 /hr Min to Max Annual Salary: $135,403.00 - $203,104.00 /yr Salary Information: This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
