About you Are you seeking an opportunity to have a progressive role at the heart of an organization's commitment to inclusivity and support? We're seeking a dynamic leader to drive our accommodations and leave management, armed with specialized expertise in the ADA, leave laws, and disability plans. As the driving force behind our ADA Accommodation process, you'll empower employees while guiding sound decisions to minimize risk. You'll revolutionize our leave programs, partnering with our Workability ERG to make Colliers the top choice for professionals of all abilities. Lastly, you'll optimize our workers' compensation programs, ensuring efficiency and support for our most valuable asset - our people! In this role you will... Assess our current leave and accommodations programs for gaps and potential improvements. Create tools to tell the story of our leave and time off programs and present them at every level of our organization Educate and upskill our leaders to give them tools to support their professionals successfully. Serve as a point of contact for the ADA Interactive process including providing final ADA determinations based on medical certifications and company policy. Serve as as liaison for facilitating return to work via the Americans with Disabilities Act as Amended Act (ADAAA) interactive process. Lead and document the interactive process between the employee and supervisor and ensure a smooth and timely return to work. What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. 5-7 years of human resource experience focusing on leaves of absence and accommodations. Expert-level knowledge of the leave requirements and other legal protections afforded by the FMLA, ADA, and other applicable law. Strong relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Pursuant to the laws regarding job postings where the position is located in, Colliers is disclosing the following information: Approximate Salary Range for Role: $72,653 to $150,228. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Benefits Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. 12 weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.
