Insight Global Enrollment Coordinator in Seattle, Washington

Job Description

Bezos Academy is a non-profit organization that builds Montessori-inspired preschools in under-resourced communities. As an Enrollment Coordinator, you are the forefront or "face" between the organization and families they support. You will be one of the first interactions families have with Bezos Academy, following up with them on information or documents needed, helping them complete registration forms, connecting them to the resources they need, and more.

Skills and Requirements

  • Follow up with families regarding offer decision deadline and decline seats in the system as appropriate.

  • Remind families to submit registration forms, connect them to local registration help events and resources.

  • Review submitted registration forms, validate information, and follow up on any missing or incomplete information.

  • Maintain and ensure enrollment data in our application system.

  • Track registration form submissions, monitor dashboards.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure students are ready to start the school year.

  • Ensure positive family experience by communicating effectively with families. - Four or more years of professional experience in highly complex, fast-paced administrative roles

  • Exemplary organizational skills

  • Able to craft effective communications to be presented both verbally and in writing with families and staff of all professional levels and background

  • Verbally fluent in Spanish and able to communicate in writing proficiently null
