A well-respected family law firm based in Seattle is seeking a qualified Family Law Attorney to join their growing firm. They are dedicated to providing top-notch legal services in various aspects of family law, advocating for their clients in the most difficult times. Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice to clients on a range of family law matters including divorce, parenting plans, spousal support, child support, and property division among others.

• Represent clients in court hearings, mediation, and trial.

• Draft and argue motions.

• Strategically manage family law cases from start to finish.

• Communicate effectively with clients, judges, and opposing attorneys.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $200,000. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision; participation in the company's 401(k) plan with 4% employer contribution and flexible paid time off.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Actively licensed to practice in WA State

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in family law.

• Familiarity with the court systems in King and Snohomish Counties.
