Providence St. Joseph Health Finance Manager, Labor and Productivity *Remote* in Seattle, Washington

Providence is calling a Finance Manager - Labor & Productivity who will: Develop and provide reporting to evaluate/optimize operational performance specific to labor productivity and labor performance to budget Provide financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting with focus on labor management Be responsible for developing financial plans, budgets, and support for month-end review of financial statements and other assistance as required Perform labor analysis and modeling in order to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs and to propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets Prepare and review benchmarking assessments in line with divisional best practice Partner with operations leaders to develop, support, monitor, and communicate labor strategy and performance As part of divisional decision support team, attend trainings and support ad hoc projects as needed Providence welcomes 100% remote work for applicants who reside in the following areas: Alaska Washington Oregon Montana California Texas Required qualifications for this position include: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or another related field of study -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience 5+ years of finance experience Preferred qualifications for this position include: Certified Public Accountant, HMFA or FACHE Certifications Labor and Productivity - Health Care Experience Salary Range by Location: AK: Anchorage: Min:$47.33, Max: $76.19 AK: Kodiak, Seward, Valdez: Min:$49.34, Max: $79.42 California: Humboldt: Min:$49.34, Max: $79.42 California: All Northern California - Except Humboldt: Min:$55.35, Max: $89.11 California: All Southern California - Except Bakersfield: Min:$49.34, Max: $79.42 California: Bakersfield: Min:$47.33, Max: $76.19 Montana: Except Great Falls: :$38.10, Max: $61.34 Montana: Great Falls: Min:$36.10, Max: $58.11 Oregon: Non-Portland Service Area: Min:$44.12, Max: $71.03 Oregon: Portland Service Area: Min:$47.33, Max: $76.19 Texas - Levelland, Lubbock, Plainview: Min:$36.10, Max: $58.11 Washington: Western - Except Tukwila: Min:$49.34, Max: $79.42 Washington: Southwest - Olympia, Centralia & Below: Min:$47.33, Max: $76.19 Washington: Tukwila: Min:$49.34, Max: $79.42 Washington: Eastern: Min:$42.12, Max: $67.80 Washington: Southeastern: Min:$44.12, Max: $71.03 Why Join Providence?
