This is an | | administrative position, requiring experience in the managing and | | scheduling of crew members and subcontractors for both preventative | | and repair services at multiple federal government facilities. | | | | | | | | | | | |   | | | | | | | | | | | | Job Duties and Responsibilities  Must be able to work within a | | team environment to coordinate facility maintenance and repair | | operations | | | | | | | | - Document actions by completing service tickets and completing | | equipment records and logs | | - Must be computer proficient, with a working knowledge of the | | Microsoft Office Suite, to include Word, Excel, Outlook | | - Monitor and update computerized management systems | | - Requires the ability to communicate effectively with both oral | | and written skills. | | - Frequent driving between multiple site in the contract area | | will be required | | - Periodic travel to Denver location will also be required. | | | | | | | | []{#_Hlk524099187}Minimum Qualifications: | | | | | | | | - Technically qualified in the field of Facilities Management and | | should have two (2) years' experience in business occupancy | | facilities operations and maintenance | | - A minimum, five (5) years servicing and/or renovating commercial | | buildings, including the supervision of a diversified work force | | responsible for operations, maintenance, and repair of commercial | | building infrastructure systems. | | - Must be familiar with the various codes and standards applicable | | to the O&M tasks covered by the PWS, NFPA, Environmental | | Protection Agency (EPA), and OSHA codes and standards. | | - Shall be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. | | - Must be able to pass stringent federal background check. | | | | | | | | Additional Qualifications Preferred: | | | | | | | | - Working knowledge of, or capability to learn, Computerized | | Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as: IBM Maximo, | | ManagerPlus, EMaint, etc. | | | | | | | | | | | | *Pay Rate:       * | | | | | | | | | | | | $90,000 to $104,000 based on qualifications and experience. | | | | | | | | | | | |   | | | | | | | | | | | | *Available Benefits:     * | | | | | | | | | | | | Medical, dental, vi
