Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic People Team Intern to join our team for a 12-week internship. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources and talent acquisition (TA). The intern will work closely with our HR and TA team to support ongoing projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing our employee experience and operational excellence within the People Team. What You'll Do Learn about Stanley's culture, strategy, and business operations, and apply those concepts to enable our BearForce. Utilize critical thinking and operational excellence to manage key HR and Talent Acquisition (TA) related projects. Bring innovative ideas and enthusiasm to the team while identifying new opportunities for efficiency and scale. Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and improving the candidate experience throughout the process. Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and processing employment documentation. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR and TA policies, procedures, and programs. Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee recruiting, onboarding, engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR and TA practices. Who You Are Curious, with a keen eye to detail, and a passion for creating positive employee experiences in a corporate environment. Organized and able to get the right things done in a team. You aren't afraid to ask questions and seek out resources. Possess strong business maturity, judgement, and discretion when it comes to communication and decision making. Education and Experience Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with a graduation date in 2025 or 2026. Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources or talent acquisition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Prior HR or recruiting experience is a plus, but not required. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
