Registered Nurse 2, Epilepsy Center.

Full time, days.

The Registered Nurse for the Regional Epilepsy Center works as part of a multidiscipline team to provide care for epilepsy and EEG patients. This position is often the first contact point for patients. Main job duties:

• Act upon and triage calls as appropriate • Appropriately document patient care • Effectively communicate with patients and providers • Perform nursing assessments on patients having or have just had a seizure • Perform necessary medical review • Call patient with appointment discharge follow-up

Requires minimum two years RN work experience, including acute care experience. Neuro experience desirable. Wound care experience desirable.
