About This Role: The Senior Compensation Analyst will be a critical member of the team responsible for executing Forrester's global compensation strategy and our approach to compensation. The successful candidate is expected to understand the end-to-end compensation process and appropriately tailor processes to meet specific business needs. This role requires someone who has a combination of tactical expertise, relationship-building abilities, and a passion to find ease and simplicity within complexity. Job Description: Develop and maintain a comprehensive job architecture framework aligned with business objectives and industry best practices. Lead the design and creation of new job levels, roles and job descriptions based on organizational needs and market trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop communication materials and implement job architecture initiatives and ensure alignment with overall HR and business strategies. Lead and execute the company's annual compensation planning cycle (base, bonus, and equity), collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure its successful implementation (including communications) and alignment with company goals. Serve as a key contributor in the sales compensation review process to include evaluating job levels, pay mix, payout curves, etc. Partner with sales leadership, sales operations, and finance operations team to create, model, and communicate a performance-driven sales incentive plan. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of compensation programs and initiatives, enhancing employee satisfaction and retention. Obtain a deep understanding of our data sources, collection methods, and pay philosophy. When responding to compensation inquiries, engage with key stakeholders to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business needs in order to design; conduct in-depth data analysis and market research; and advise on well-informed, strategic potential solutions. Conduct benchmarking analysis to develop job families and pay targets to align with the job architecture, support the strategic growth of the business, and ensure internal equity and market competitiveness. Review and audit compensation practices to ensure consistency, compliance, and competitiveness. Perform data insights and analysis to support compensation-related activities, including budgeting, cost modeling, and strategic decision-making to support compensation decisions within our compensation structure. Continuously seek process improvements and think creatively, using technology to minimize data issues and manual work to facilitate efficient and scalable practices. Review, monitor, and respond to changes in legislation (particularly pay transparency) and regulations that impact compensation practices and policies, and in particular, pay transparency requirements. Serve as primary compensation contact for equity-related matters. Review and provide guidance on Workday business processes such as job changes, compensation changes, one-time payments, and position management processes. Develop and deliver educational and communication materials related to compensation to support global employee understanding and engagement.
