Job Requirements

DUTIES :

1. Be able to set gauge pin Example: Set thickness, pin gauge. 2. Read tape measure accurately. 3. Be able to read blue prints. 4. Drive high lift. 5. Produce quality products. 6. Operate all equipment to perform job correctly and safely. 7. Load tunnel oven. 8. Batch if needed. 9. Maintain a clean working area. 10. Maintain a positive attitude. 11. Inspect, clean dies and related equipment at least daily. 12 Perform work to customer specification. 13. Keep an open line of communication of continuous process improvements. 14. This position requires the body movements of standing, stooping and lifting without help consistently. Must be able to hear verbal instructions, read and speak English, pass math tests, and manual dexterity to use tools and mathematical skills. Perform any other duty or assignment as may be assigned from time to time by the

supervisor.
