Project Services Coordinator

Location: Sedalia, MO

This role is responsible for coordinating and directing the activities required for accurate and efficient fulfillment of marketing services projects (For example: Renaissance, RBO mailings, Holiday cards, etc.). The incumbent sets up workstations for assembly based on the requirements of the project, directs co-workers and/or temporary employees on the assembly process for that project and communicates with the project’s owner the on-going status of the project . For each project, the incumbent is responsible for completing the project by the due date and tracking hours, productivity and cost. The incumbent is responsible for running and maintaining production equipment in the Marketing Services environment such as folders, cutting machines, and collator.

This role works in a warehouse where there is no climate control and exposed to outdoor weather elements. Required to dress appropriately for heat in the summer and cold in the winter.

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Good organization skills

• Accuracy, attention to detail and neatness in work habits

• Good communication skills, verbal and written, ability to interact well with co-workers and other depts

• Ability to prioritize and provide direction as necessary

• Computer skills with experience using Word, Excel & Outlook

• Basic mechanical aptitude

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
