Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own one of our products and work within our product team in order to deliver the best software solutions to our customers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience building loyalty programs, improving referrals, and building automated workflows to improve conversion rates.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, and implement loyalty and referral programs from scratch. This includes setting strategic goals, defining program mechanics, and measuring success.

  • Analyzing and crunching data to inform product decisions.

  • Designing and implementing automated workflows to enhance product processes. This encompasses workflows for user activation, retention, and referral acquisition, ensuring a seamless user experience while optimizing operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage these channels for product visibility and user growth.

    Ideal Candidate

    Knowledge and Competency 

  • GTM: Solid understanding of the role and impact of paid acquisition channels within the product ecosystem.

  • B2C Product Management Experience: At least 5+ years of product management experience within a high-growth consumer app setting. This includes experience with scaling products, adapting to market changes, and driving product strategy and development.

  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate complex product concepts and strategies clearly to different audiences, including technical teams, stakeholders, and users.

  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Proven track record in successfully launching products and optimizing conversion rates throughout the user funnel. Skilled in identifying barriers to conversion and implementing strategic solutions to improve user acquisition and conversion metrics.
