Con il ruolo di TS Implementation Engineer entrerai a far parte della nostra area servizi. Lavorerai in Team, in un ambiente internazionale ed avrai la possibilità di accrescere le tue capacità e conoscenze realizzando progetti rilevanti per i nostri clienti nell’ambito Digital Workplace.

Il TS Implementation Engineer (L2) ha competenza specialistica sui sistemi, i protocolli e gli apparti IT che gli consentono di effettuare il deployment di infrastrutture e soluzioni di media complessità e di supportare il cliente in attività manutentive e/o di consulenza evolutiva.

Al TS Implementation Engineer (L2) verrà richiesto di:

• Implementare soluzioni in ambito digital workplace

• Preparare documentazione di progetto

• Agire come specialista tecnico per garantire che tutti i requisiti tecnici siano soddisfatti e funzionino correttamente nell'ambiente del cliente.

• Garantire la soddisfazione del cliente

• Fornire supporto per la risoluzione di problemi

Competenze richieste:

• Laurea in Informatica/Telecomunicazioni/Ingegneria o diploma equivalente

• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (parlato e scritto)

• Disponibilità a viaggiare per motivi di lavoro

• Determinazione, senso di responsabilità ed autonomia nell’organizzazione del proprio lavoro

• Conoscenza delle soluzioni OnPrem Cisco: CallManager, Unity, Expressway, Cube etc

• Buona esperienza in soluzioni di videoconferenza Cisco ( Nice to have MTR)

• Certificazione Cisco CCNA o CCNP Collaboration

• Nice to have : Conoscenza delle soluzioni Cloud Cisco: Webex Calling, Webex Suite, CVI

• Nice to have : Linguaggi di programmazione
