Description

Precision Landscape Management has a Landscape Designer position available for an experienced, dependable and career-minded team member. You will meet prospective clients at their homes to develop an understanding of their goals and needs for their outdoor space. You will guide them through our design and sales process. You will use computer-aided design software to help bring our clients' outdoor vision to visual concept. You will recommend where to place plants, turf, outdoor living spaces, and other elements throughout their property. While landscape design skills are important, you also need familiarity with what types of plants thrive in a particular environment. Most importantly, you will need to understand human interaction and sales at a comfortable level. Join for competitive wages, adaptable schedule, and a growth-minded team.

Top Responsibilities and Duties:

• Follow Precision Landscape Management sales processes including proposal development.
• Collaborate with the client to determine and clarify the vision for their outdoor space.
• Draft design concepts to show the client and get approval.
• Drive the sales and design portion of our Design/Build process.
• Meet or exceed your sales goals.
• Collaborate with the Design/Build team as they bring your concept to life.

Requirements

(You may apply even if you do not meet every qualification)

• High-end sales: 3+ years (preferred)
• Landscape Design: 3+ years (preferred)
• AutoCAD or design software experience and skills
• Knowledge of design concepts, irrigation techniques, and hardscaping
• Horticultural experience
• Sales and estimating experience
• Excellent people skills
• Degree in landscape architecture or landscape design
