TEKsystems Technical Support Analyst in Seville, Ohio

Description:

The Client is a provider of IT consulting services that focuses on the optimization of the modern data center. The company was created by a team of experienced IT consultants and architects that previously worked for one of the largest business/infrastructure consulting firms globally (IBM). Optimized IT Solutions won a contract with their customer to perform the M&A work for the company in the US. The company he's working with is a large conglomerate of 74 companies based in the US and Europe. They are looking to double their revenue by 2025 through M&A. They will be 12 month renewal contracts as well. These positions will be assisting with phase 1 which includes initial setup, racking & placing switches into the racks, assisting with UPS setup, and offering white glove support to help with PC setup, assisting with log-ins, connecting to internet or connectivity issues, and basic Windows OS troubleshooting & O365 support. need troubleshooting window OS skills, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and provide O365 support.
