Express Employment Professional Bookkeeper in Sewickley, Pennsylvania
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner
- Process payments and follow up on overdue accounts
- Reconcile financial statements and ensure accuracy
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Prepare and submit tax documents as required
- Generate and send quotes to clients
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist in other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage/Peachtree)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field preferred
