Description and Requirements
Position Description:
The Job is focus on problem analysis of customer feedbacks, including worldwide field problem, Customer satisfaction issue and voice of customer.
Co-work with Development team to do design improvement /Manufacture Team to prevent similar problem in future products.
Co-work with Quality team on field support, manufacture support, service support
Tracking field issues cross different function team and drive issue fix
CO-work with internal team for process/ test case optimization.
Strengthen the customer satisfaction on product and quality of Lenovo NB by metrology and statistical methods through Lenovo big data tools to diagnose and correct improper user experience complaints or quality issues/weakness.
Drive continuous customer delight and quality excellence
Position Requirements:
Bachelor degree of engineering
Experience for EE/ME development, SW/HW validation test or design validation test
15+ years’ experience in notebook/Phone validation area, familiar with product develop process and issue tracking work flow, good understanding of validation methodology.
Project management background (PM, TPM, SWPM…)
Familiar with EE or ME, OS/Driver/FW and HW components.
Good quality and User experience sense, good communication skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English. (CET-6)
