A cornerstone of the FBA success is the analytics team, part of the Seller Success program, who's mission in WW FBA is to enable the long-term success of our selling partners by building best-in-class processes and tools that make FBA the simplest, most reliable and profitable channel for our sellers. Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Today, more than 60% of Amazon's total unit sales come from third-party selection. The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 20 overseas stores, and supporting local sellers’ success and growth on Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally and is the perfect location for the WW FBA Analytics team.

In our effort to support this aggressive growth around the world, we are looking for a passionate business Intelligence manager to dive deep, use in-depth analytical and science methods to turn data into repeatable and automated actionable insights, and support answers to top strategic business questions. Soon developing the methods to develop scalable predictive HVA (High Value Actions) that are automatically executed. In this role, you will be working in one of the world's largest and most complex data warehouse environments. You should be passionate about working with complex datasets and be someone who loves to dive deep, analyse and turn data into insights. You should have deep expertise in analytic view of business questions, building up & refining metrics framework to measure business operation and translating data into meaningful insights. In this role, you will have ownership of end-to-end analytics development to complex questions and you’ll play an integral role in strategic decision making.You should have excellent business and communication skills to be able to work with business owners to understand business challenges & opportunities, and to drive data-driven decision into process & tool improvement together with business team. Above all, you should be passionate about how insights can be used to improve both the Customer and Seller experience of selling across borders.

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional or military experience

  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate between data and business needs

  • Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership

  • 5+ years of SQL experience

  • Experience building measures and metrics, and developing reporting solutions

  • Experience with theory and practice of design of experiments and statistical analysis of results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in statistics, data science, or an equivalent quantitative field

  • Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling

  • Experience with theory and practice of information retrieval, data science, machine learning and data mining

  • Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills.
