Philips Commercial Performance & Process Excellence Senior Manager in Shanghai, China

You are responsible for
This is critical role with roles and responsibilities including the following, however, scopes will be changed according to overall business transformation journey:
Own 2024 PH Turnaround project effectiveness tracking and review, identify key areas of low performing if any, initiate counter-fix projects/actions with relative function owners
Lead PH digitalization project, as PMO to drive digitalization transformation, lay foundation of PH Data Lake
Lead RFID project 2.0 to extend scope to other BUs and drive operation excellence, implementation with process improvement to realize project objective
Refurbishment process PMO - one of critical PH initiatives 2024
Establish/Sort PH business process management, document down and manage implementation with digital method
Lead PH performance management process: 1) monthly KPI performance collecting; 2) PDCA to drive improvement
Meeting effectiveness drive: on-going initiatives to increase team awareness, conduct quarterly employee survey and meeting owner self-assessment
Process documentation project implementation, with 5-10 critical process documentation done during 2023, and clear project plan for 2024
Other adhoc or emerging projects
You are a part of
You will base in Shanghai, reporting to Sales Excellence Leader, Personal Health, Greater China and collaborate with many other teams including Marketing, Strategy, Finance, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Factory etc.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in MNC
Single departmental problem within BG/ Markets / Function Thinking outside of the box to deliver breakthrough. Turnaround of Teams and Businesses
Demonstrated experience and success in the management of different sales channels
Change Management, empathy & Interpersonal skills and influencing skills
Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders on various levels
High ethics and integrity, compliance orientation
Fluent in English and native in Mandarin
