Job Description

Job Overview: The Auto Finance Operation Management is responsible for managing and supervising the day-to-day operations of automotive finance business, ensuring efficient delivery and operation of financial products and services. They collaborate with teams to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, they oversee the achievement of key performance indicators for auto finance business and update and optimize cooperation strategies with financial providers.

Responsibilities:

Ensure high-quality delivery of financial products and services and maintain customer satisfaction by continuously improving business processes to enhance efficiency.

Responsible for the daily operations of retail finance, including business operations, process control, case handling.

Analyze market trends and competitors, collaborate with sales teams to develop retail finance marketing plans, and drive innovation and business growth of financial products.

Responsible for training support and management of cooperation partners. Responsible for financial product business data management and settlement, including regular data report preparation and financial-related settlement reconciliation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree above, Finance background is preferred.

More than 3 years of relevant experience in auto finance industry with OEMs, familiar with operational management of financial products and services.

Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate and cooperate with internal and external partners.

Strong data analysis skills and problem-solving abilities, capable of making decisions based on data and driving business improvement.

Fluent in Mandarin and English
