Job Overview

TE's HR Business Partners implement Human Resources policies at the business unit level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives (i.e. succession, talent acquisition, total rewards and change management). They foster partnership across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives, strategies and policies of the organization.

Job Overview

The AP HR Business Partner will implement Human Resources policy at the business unit level while partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives (i.e. succession, talent acquisition, total rewards and change management).

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with AP HRBP Head to drive the execution of global HR processes, such as goal setting, mid and year-end performance reviews, compensation cycle and others in support of the business leaders across AP

  • Support AP HR Head and country HR team with determining needs of the organization utilizing strategic workforce plan (SWFP)

  • Use data analytical skill to support AP BP and business to make business decision on talent acquisition, labor cost management and long term workforce.

  • Interact and manage relationship with HR corporate functions and collaborate with peers and other HR teams inside the businesses to drive common initiatives, as well as share and implement best practices

  • Promote a culture that reflects our company values, encourage outstanding performance, promote a positive work environment and reward productivity, establishing TE as an employer of choice.

  • Provide AP team with professional HR support in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, hiring, termination and data analysis/metrics.

  • Other PMO support of talent related project as per needs across AP regions

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of HR Generalist related working experience, Total Rewards or Talent Management experience is a plus.

  • Knowledge in the core HR process of global organizations.

  • Strong data analytical skill

  • Eager to learn and can learn fast and agile enough to manage multi-task at the same time

  • BS degree, English can be used as working language.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Comfortable to work in a fast-paced, international matrix organization;
