Position Summary:

As an IT Engineer focused on Digital Collaboration within our End User Services team, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our organization's collaborative capabilities. Your role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining digital collaboration solutions that empower our workforce to communicate effectively and work seamlessly across platforms.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)

• Be a SPOC for all escalated IT issues for the digital collaboration team.

• Take ownership of new digital collaboration services.

• Define the technical architecture and support the implementation of these services.

• Continuously enhance and optimize collaboration tools.

• Ensure 24/7 operation and stability of collaboration services.

• Drive proof of concepts to evaluate and test new collaboration technologies.

• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging tools.

• Contribute to the workplace roadmap by identifying collaboration opportunities.

• Provide second-level support for collaboration tools.

• Resolve complex technical issues related to video conferencing, messaging, and document sharing.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address user needs.

Education & Special Trainings:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital workplace, collaboration, or related end-user services.

• Proficiency in managing large-scale enterprise collaboration infrastructures.

• Mastery of Microsoft Windows server and client operating systems.

• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Tecent Meeting, or Zoom.

Physical & Mental Requirements:

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Comfortable working with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Contribute to regional and/or global projects as appropriate and as requested

• Work in line with globally defined and available service & support related processes and procedures
