Eaton Corporation Logistics Specialist in Shanghai, China

What you’ll do:

  • Logistics Operations Support (APAC) :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage logistics operations for BU’s shipments in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

  • Ensure smooth and efficient logistics processes.

  • Global Consolidation (China Outbound) :

  • Oversee EATON’s global consolidation operations for outbound shipments from China.

  • Optimize consolidation processes to enhance efficiency.

  • Premium Freight Compliance Program (APAC) :

  • Manage the Premium Freight Compliance Program in APAC.

  • Ensure adherence to premium freight guidelines and cost-effective shipping methods.

  • Freight Billing Audit :

  • Conduct freight billing audits for APAC logistic suppliers.

  • Verify accuracy and compliance with billing procedures.

  • Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and Data Management :

  • Collaborate with key suppliers to strengthen strategy cooperation.

  • Enhance SRM practices and data management to drive strong KPI performance.

  • Program Management and Cost Optimization :

  • Work closely with APAC Business Units (BU) and Business Relationship Managers (BRM) to improve program management and operational efficiency.

  • Drive cost reduction initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or International Trade.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in international logistics or supply chain management.

  • Fluent in English (listening, reading, speaking, and writing).

  • Strong communication skills for internal and external interactions.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with digital tool experience preferred.
