Nike Manager, Account RPOC & Kids, GC in Shanghai, China

Role Purpose

  • Lead RPOC WOMENS & JORDAN sell-in team to explore seasonal opportunity for investment which can drive and maximize in-season business thru CODE process.

Key Accountabilities

  • Team Management: Manage and coach team members to run thru key gates and deliver key results as follows.

  • HINDSIGHT/CPB/SSR: Based on ST results and key takeaways from in-season and learning on brand marketing and products from CPB to quantify the shape of the future season, voice out and mitigate the gap thru SSR to right size the investment forecast.

  • PSP/SPA: Broadcast Nike GC’s seasonal brand and product priorities and align RPOC’s investment strategy with account partners in PSP week, help them learn marketing and product details thru by CxFOP sessions and sample touch & feel in SPA week.

  • ORDER TAKING/OBR: Provide sell-in tools and set up order taking system to help account partners place order thru ORDER+ and TOUCHLESS, ensure the order structure can reflect the investment strategy we aligned.

  • OTHERS: Gather marketplace and product feedbacks thru partners or regular marketing visit, which are all critical inputs to optimize the offerings for seasonal investment.

  • Account Partner Management

  • Manage partners who your team own thru future season to in season, influence and guide them to optimize the seasonal investment which can meet OTB requirements.

  • Process Management

  • PGTM Process: Lead and coach GTM AE to communicate and align with PGTM, Cross Function and Cross Account to ensure RPOC’s seasonal process run smoothly and effectively from HINDSIGHT to OBR.
