Requirement Must Have:


  • 5+ years of experiences in marketing related industry


  • Proactive and creative in bringing new opportunities and efficient in problem solving

  • Have good judgement and able to stand up to the challenges

  • Strong passion toward sports and Nike

Requirement Preferrable:

  • Have experience/ understanding in related basketball and(or) running dimensions

  • Have experience in digital/ Digital platform partnership or E commerce are plus

  • Have experience in retail/ store/ offline activation are plus


To support and implement GC Men’s marketing campaign to serve our consumer offense from him for all.


As the brand marketing manager in GC M’s Performance team, in partnership with managers, directors and teammates you will be responsible for supporting the long-term strategic marketing plan ideation process. Play as a supporting role to connect with cross-functional partners and city teams to build seasonal approach, brand plan, consumers O2O journey and membership tactics.


  • Deliver and execute brand campaigns & projects

  • Integrated marketing plan development based on men’s consumer insight and GC Men’s dimensional sport- Basketball/ Running and seasonal campaign direction focus on running.


  • Drive/ support the campaign and project forward by consolidate and follow through the executional process cross-functionally

  • Strategical thinking on how to drive & support seasonal campaigns under aligned annual view from CSR priorities, considering products marketing, marketplace, local moments, and commercial moments…etc.

  • Understand sports industry lead with Running/ Basketball as focus and consumer insight focus on men extend to women are plus.

  • Understand performance sport culture and consumers in GC through consumer session/ events/ city moments, to:

  • Build relationship community under assigned sports dimension

  • Identify consumer insights to help to craft marketing plan

  • Identify and cultivate partners and resources, discover opportunities in GC based on the insight and cultural trend for long term strategy


  • Flawless daily execution:

  • Work with CC merchant team to learn the product knowledge of dimension, collect consumer feedback and soundbite to share back to GC/ Global product team.

  • Partner with function teams on related campaign executions, ensure plan is being executed in a flawless way.

  • Tracking the loop of the execution process including product delivery status, campaign launch soundbite and results and able to share solution to close if any gap.
