JOB REQUIREMENTS: Administrative Assistant II - 51318 As a member of our administrative support team, you\'ll be a valued member of the team as you assist with big picture as well as day-to-day support. You may provide support to engineering, safety, operations, finance, supply chain, sales, R&D, marketing or other functions within the company. Your responsibilities could include supporting effective meetings, event planning, vendor negotiations, creating presentations and documents, receptionist/switchboard coverage, analyzing data and providing insights and recommendations. As a member of Johnsonville\'s Administrative Team, the successful candidate will provide exemplary support to their internal customers and become engaged in multiple company functions. This role will support our Chief Financial Officer, our Senior Director of Research & Development, and their teams as directed. The teams this role supports may change due to the needs of the organization. As the objective of the Administrative Team is to provide superlative support to internal customers, this position is primarily on-site; however, we offer some schedule flexibility. Responsibilities: As a key Administrative Assistant, you will add value to the organization by developing and enhancing processes and procedures for your customers and the multiple cross-functional teams this position supports. As the primary Administrator of the Community Relations online platform, you will manage incoming requests from 501c3 organizations for monetary, product and gift basket donations. You will lead committee review meetings, track team recommendations, update decisions within the online platform, and facilitate the process for approved donations. You will also administer the annual Member Giving Drive within the platform. Schedule and maintain meetings from leadership teams\' calendars via Outlook. Schedule and organize on-site and off-site activities such as meetings, meals, travel, and conferences for teams. Attend team meetings, as requested, and record meeting minutes/notes, as needed. Provide backup to switchboard/receptionist on a rotating schedule (breaks, lunches, vacations). Work directly with finance and purchasing to manage purchase orders and invoices. Proficiency in Microsoft programs including Excel and SAP is helpful. Participate on project teams as needed. Assist with a large variety of miscellaneous tasks and projects for multiple teams.
