JOB REQUIREMENTS: Registered Nurse (RN) - \$5,000 Sign-On Bonus Indianhead Medical Center (IMC) is a 25-bed critical access facility that has been providing quality care to the surrounding communities for over 70 years. Services include inpatient, outpatient, clinical, surgical, rehabilitation with extensive inpatient and outpatient therapies, and emergency care. We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join the IMC family. As a Full-Time Registered Nurse with IMC, you would be stationed on Med/Surg and cross train to the ER. You would enjoy a three day work week with regularly scheduled 12 hour shifts (6 am 6 pm). We have NEW INCREASED WAGES and Incentive Pay! RN\'s will also be scheduled every third weekend as well as two holidays per year. A Registered Nurse at IMC must: Be a graduate of a school of nursing Be licensed in the State of WI Have current BLS certification; ACLS & TNCC must be completed within first 6 months of hire.
