Randstad US HR Coordinator(8-month Contractor) in Shenzhen, China

Responsibilities:

  1. Participate and manage transactional activities for onboarding and offboarding of employees;

  2. Maintain employee documents and records on HR systems;

  3. Support the creation and distribution of a number of standard and bespoke HR related documents, including but not restricted to: HR Letters, visa letters & employment verification;

  4. Perform concentrated data entry related to specific data quality initiatives such as updating or correcting employee information;

  5. Manage ticket requests for HR related queries and support requests

Preferred qualifications:

  1. Bachelor degree, fresher or 0.5 year of HR operations-related experience;

  2. Strong verbal and written communication (English and Chinese), interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills;

  3. Self-directed, detail-oriented problem-solver with a strong desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success;

  4. Excellent customer service orientation

Worktime: 9am to 6pm, Mon - Fri (Work-life balance)
