Aerotek MIG Welder (20-24/HR) in SHERWOOD, Oregon

We are now hiring MIG Welders for our client in large steel fabrication.

Shifts:

  • 5x10s (Must be ok working OT)

  • 5:00am - 3:30pm / Monday-Friday

Pay:

  • $20-$30

Job Summary: Seeking a welder with knowledge in fabrication and using hand tools and other assembly methods. Must be proficient in MIG and Flux Core welding.

Job Description:

  • The welder/fitter will work in the fab shop to weld, assemble and fit parts per customer blueprints.

  • Read blueprints

  • MIG Weld on Mild Steel

  • Perform welds out of position (primarily vertical and overhead)

  • Use hand tools

Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ Years of welding experience

  • FCAW

  • MIG

  • Must have experience with MIG and/or Fluxcore welding

  • Must have basic hand tool experience

  • Must be able to perform basic shop math
