Aston Carter Accountant in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania

Description:

This accountant will support the team throughout the month-end close by reconciling accounts, as well as generating accruals and prepaid expenses. They will compile information needed for renovation projects and enter them into SAP. They will also be managing A/P accounts and ensure they are tied in appropriately to the trial balance.

Must Have Qualifications:

  • Reconciliations

  • Journal Entries

  • Accruals

  • Prepaids

  • Excel - Create pivot tables and Vlookups

  • Proficient within a large ERP such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, SAGE, NetSuite, Workday, PeopleSoft, or Microsoft Dynamics

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or economics

5+ years of reconciliations experience

5+ years of experience recording journal entries

5+ years of accruals and prepaids experience

Excel - Create pivot tables and Vlookups

Proficient within a large ERP such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, SAGE, NetSuite, Workday, PeopleSoft, or Microsoft Dynamics
