Position Summary:

This role is responsible to support general admin, sales and marketing activities of the commercial team.

What You Will Be Doing:

Professional Affairs

  • To assist to lead and facilitate the preparation of the annual Needs Assessment and periodic updates as required.

  • Administer and facilitate the review and approval of the Third-Party Grant, Sponsorship, Exhibits and Charitable Donations procedures.

  • Administer the system for managing engagement of healthcare organization (HCO) and healthcare professionals (HCP) as consultants and HCP trainee.

  • Lead process improvements and implementation with in-country marketers, related to events, surgeon contracts, and other professional affairs.

  • Develop understanding of relevant laws & regulations, including Stryker compliance policies and local industry codes.

  • To liaise with the corporate travel agent to ensure that all HCP travel arrangements are made in accordance with the HCP Interaction Guidance.

Marketing Support Coordination

  • Manage all aspect of logistic work for a successful marketing event. Including sending invitations and follow-up, agenda, booking, catering and liaison with vendors, and on-site event logistical support.

  • Keep track of event finances including check requests, invoicing, and reporting in coordination with local finance.

  • Manage approval process for all marketing related events according to Stryker compliance policy including NIPR, ME, High Risk Payments, TPEC, etc.

  • Identify, request approvals for, negotiate and onboard vendors.

  • Support franchise managers to manage & procure for marketing collateral and promotional materials.

  • Support the set-up and coordinate on product training.

  • Support franchise manager on loan kit (CER) and replacement (IRR) parts purchase.

  • Post-event documentation, including attendance and participant feedback.

Provide general administrative support to sales team, including:

  • Support to customers, dealers & team members in routine administration work.

  • Document filing & preparation including quotations, bids & tenders, contracts, SOP.

  • Meeting arrangements & meeting minutes/follow up.

  • Maintain & update Salesforce Opportunity Management and CRM database.

  • Periodical collection and/or delivery of business documents.

  • Manage stock and inventory of product demos- include product labelling, tracking, record keeping, according to audit requirement.

  • Support sales team on commissioning of new loan kit and set list creation.

  • Update and maintain active set list for instruments sets and mobile kits accordance to QA requirement.

  • Provide MDA certificates to hospitals/bumi agents as and when required to upload to MOH systems for LPO and tenders.

  • NPP Process

  • Ensure customer training room and marketing storage room are organized and maintained neatly.

  • Any other ad-hoc sales related support.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree or above

  • 2 or more years experience in sales or operation support of commercial team

  • Experience supporting more than one country is a plus

  • Strong MS Office skills

  • English proficiency is a must

  • Able to work cooperatively with others

  • A sense of responsibility

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Willing to support both internal/external customer

  • Self-motivated with a strong drive and ability to work with minimum supervision

  • Team player
