Innovations Implementation Leader, APAC
The Innovations Implementation Leader will work closely with the Innovation and Partnerships Leader and local country Health Solutions Leaders to execute on Health Solution's APAC Innovation Agenda.

What the day will look like
Lead and implement Health Solutions strategic initiatives across Asia Pacific
Collaborate with Operations and Technology, Digital Marketing, Project Management Office, Aon's Centre for Innovation & Analytics (ACIA) and Legal and Compliance teams to execute key initiatives and deliver business results
Build internal and external stakeholder relationships
Track and report progress against performance KPIs
Help to shape the Health Solutions Innovation Agenda
Partner with regional and local market leaders and teams to understand client need and shape product roadmap
Continuous identification and assessment of innovation opportunities to deliver value to clients and competitive advantage for Aon.
Build and maintain a deep knowledge of Health Solutions markets in APAC and innovation and growth opportunities.
Establish and develop strong industry connections to understand market trends, new technologies and innovations
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Bachelor or Masters degree, preferably in business
Proven track record leading and implementing technology and operational initiatives
Minimum fifteen years’ experience in insurance, technology or healthcare
Deep understanding of technology and project implementation
Passionate about innovation, analytical and have a forward-leaning approach to business
Confidently engage and negotiate with senior internal and external stakeholders. Strong influencing skills to obtain commitment to new initiatives and partnerships
Strong relationship builder with ability to find common ground, build consensus and strengthen collaboration amongst diverse stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communicator, comfortable preparing proposals, presentations and speaking in front of groups
Outcome driven and accountable for results
