Marketing Manager – Singapore

About this role: 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2C Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across Singapore.  

The Marketing Manager will…  

  • Develop and execute the go to market strategy for the ENTERTAINER in Singapore, with a strong focus on driving app sales and offer redemptions. 

  • Define the brand message, target audience, and key communication channels across all channels in all markets.  

  • Craft compelling messages that resonate with the target audience and clearly communicate the product's unique value proposition.  

  • Work with the Digital Marketing Team and Creative Team to plan and execute compelling marketing campaigns across all channels - CRM, Social Media, Paid Digital Media, Strategic Partnerships, Events & Sponsorships, PR & Influencer Marketing. 

  • Develop, publish and monitor content across all Social Media channels, manage social content calendar. 

  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to understand their needs, pain points, and satisfaction with the product – to inform product improvements and future marketing. 

  • Track and measure the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns to optimize results and demonstrate return on investment (ROI). 

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand trends and identify opportunities. Keep on top of marketing trends.  

  • Plan and execute cost-effective offline activations to increase brand awareness and community engagement, e.g. networking events, school events, pop-ups, or sponsorships. 

  • Develop and grow relationships with key media partners within Singapore. 

  • Manage marketing budgets for the Singapore and effectively analyze the marketing performance on quarterly basis against key business targets. 

Experience required: 

  • 3 - 5 years' experience within the marketing field preferably within leisure, tourism, hospitality, retail, FMCG or media industries. 

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices, particularly social media. 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. 

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. 

  • Experience in editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or CapCut.
